Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (who no longer blogs), and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute). Then add your link!
One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.
What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!
These two are Minnow and Guppy, and they are very, very friendly.
They now have a new friend in the cage with them, Ben. It's hard to get a picture of him with these two hams around!
Ah, there he is. |

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. I would describe my home as _________.
2. I would never give _________ to _________.
3. I share my secrets with _________.
4. Did I ever tell you _________?
1. I would describe my home as a work in progress.
2. I would never give money to people on the street. Food, yes, items they need, yes, cash, nope.
3. I share my secrets with very few, some only get shared with The Lord.
4. Did I ever tell you one of my most favorite Bible verses? It's John 16:33, where Jesus says, "I tell you these things so you will have peace. In this world, you will have trouble, but cheer up! I have overcome the world." That's good news if i've ever heard it.

ReplyDeleteSweet kittens. I hope they all get their forever homes as soon as they are ready.
ReplyDeleteHappy kittens indeed.

ReplyDeleteHave a hamstastic weekend and thanks for hosting 👍
The kittens are super cute and we can see them having loads of fun, and getting into a lot of mischief!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on not giving out money. I once saw someone pocket their proceeds, pack away their bits and pieces then walk around the corner to a very smart car. A true profesional.
ReplyDeleteThose kittens are so adorable! I enjoyed your fill-in answers too.
ReplyDeleteThey are all adorable. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers, especially #4. XO
ReplyDeleteMinnow and Guppy are so cute. Great fillins. I hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteMom says it's a good thing Minnow and Guppy don't live closer to us. Great fill-ins!
ReplyDeleteDear Minnow and Guppy, don't let them put you into a fish tank, fur heavens sake you are feline! Precious
ReplyDeleteThey sure are cuties! My home is also a work in progress. It probably always will be and I think that's okay. Happy Feline Friday and have a great weekend! :-)

ReplyDeleteThe wistful expression on that first kitten makes me want to bring her home.
ReplyDeleteI give money to the old blind woman if I have any handy at the time, and to the two buskers who play music I enjoy. I don't care if they have jaguars and mansions, their music cheers me and I appreciate that.

ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
Minnow and Guppy are so cute! And so is Ben!
ReplyDeleteThose must be the cutest cats ever. I'd love to have them around - and I would have difficulty not offering to rehome them both. I am never sure if the shelter is for homeless cats or is also looking after the pets of those who have nobody else to care for them. I mentally filled in the answers to the Fill-Ins, which was interesting to do.
ReplyDeleteSweet kitties!
ReplyDeleteI'm the same. I give food.
My favourite scripture is Luke 1:38. Behold the Handmaid of the Lord: be it unto me according to thy word.
It reminds me that, no matter what the Lord requires of me, I should be willing to give it!
