Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (who no longer blogs), and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.
NOTE: For those who've been thinking of and praying for them, Sandee's update, a post from her husband Zane, is at her site linked above.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute). Then add your link!
One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.
What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!
When her parents are home, Abigail loves to sit outside in the back yard on the mat.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. I refuse to spend more than _________ for _________.
2. I am not ashamed to admit _________.
3. I've been obsessed with _________ lately.
4. When someone tells me _________, I _________.
1. I refuse to spend more than 20 minutes looking for clothes when i'm clothes shopping, i just can't take it much longer than that as i'm always trying to get the shopping done and get to the next job. I either find what i need quickly or i come back another time.
2. I am not ashamed to admit i buy my jeans in the boys' department at the store. Girl jeans are for fashion, boy jeans are for working in.
3. I've been obsessed with kimbap lately. It's a spicy Korean tofu wrap that is also vegan and i have it at least once a week.
4. When someone tells me s/he doesn't like me or want to be around me, either through words or actions, I pray for her/him and move on.

No doubt that sweet Abigail is a cutie. And personally I really dislike clothes shopping. I'm getting old enough now and hang on to what I've got but I'm really picky if I buy anything new and I don't like to spend much time doing it.
ReplyDeleteI dislike shopping of any sort and do it online if possible.
ReplyDeleteAbigail is enjoying the fresh air.
Kitty looks very happy on that mat. I bet she can scratch her back on it too. We have never heard of Kimbap and will have to check it out.
ReplyDeleteWe love that picture of Abigail, it reminds us of our auntie Angel Binky, she also loved to lie outside on the mat💗 Great answers on the fill-ins, especially the fourth one🙏Double Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend to all of you🐾😽💞
ReplyDeleteI don't like clothes shopping! Unfortunately, I have to do some today!
ReplyDeleteThe fat cat sat on the mat. The mat was flat but not the fat cat. A rat sat by the fat cat on the flat mat. They sang rat a tat tat!
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Abigail looks very comfy on that mat. I don't like shopping either. I want to go in and go right out of the store. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteAbigail sure has beautiful furs with a pretty pattern of swirls. Those were good answers too.
ReplyDeleteNow I need to go find someplace that can make kimbap, sounds interesting, and I love trying new foods.
ReplyDeleteHappy Feline Friday Abigail
ReplyDeleteTHanks for hosting FF
Hugs Cecilia
Wholeheartedly agree on the clothes shopping part, and I too buy men's jeans ... one word: Pockets!
ReplyDeleteOona: "That looks like a great scratching mat, Abigail! Oona would love to try it out!"
ReplyDeletethecontemplativecat here. So many tidbits about people in history, historical event...always fun to read.
ReplyDeleteI'm certainly not ashamed, nor am I embarrassed to admit I miss my two much-loved furry besties every single moment of every single day. I miss them so very much.
ReplyDeleteTake good care :)
I hate clothes shopping too and tend to wear things until they fall apart, I also buy from the men's section fairly often, because they are sturdier and cheaper. Abigail looks very comfortable.
ReplyDeletePawesome fill-ins, and the P.A. doesn't like clothes shopping either. She buys online and hopes for the best! Abigail is such a cutie, and we hope mew all have a purrfect weekend!
ReplyDeleteAbigail is one contented kitty ~ she knows how to relax for sure ~ hugs,
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

Abigail sure has a great spot for watching stuff while her family is home. I like that you included Captain Kirk in your list of birthdays. I definitely have to be in the mood for shopping, otherwise, ugh.
