It's time once again for a random and happy Tuesday, linking up with Stacy's Random Thoughts at Stacy Uncorked and Sandee at Comedy Plus.
Well, here it is, one of the most fun holidays we have, Thanksgiving!
This is the most complicated holiday week we’ve ever had. My Tuesday lady moved to Monday afternoon, both of my Thursday people are today, and tomorrow we have the shelter and Ms. R as usual then we get to go to Grandma’s to clean there and cook as well.
Meanwhile, we are doing it with three people sharing one vehicle, sometimes with more than one place to be at the same time.
It’s all good, though, it means i am only missing one person this whole week, and she is out of town.
We are thankful to have work, that is certain.
And i am a person who takes full advantage of her down time in the evenings.
Like this, only i'm not so cute. |
Hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday!

ReplyDeleteGrateful for the work and the money. Grateful for health and strength to work too. And thankful for the down time when we can refresh and regain our strength!
ReplyDeleteMimi,
ReplyDeleteIt's a short week for us, too. DH will be off starting tomorrow giving us a nice long holiday weekend together. We're having Thanksgiving dinner with DD#1, our little Angel, DD#2's beau, and DS. Unfortunately, DD#2 lives too far away to join us. BTW, please keep her in prayer. I found out Sunday that she and her husband decided mutually that they are better as best friends than married. They filed for a divorce which broke my heart. The devil destroys good always. He doesn't want a unity so he fills those easily influenced with his lies. I'm grateful to have such a good friend as you and consider you a blessing. Have a beautiful, safe, and happy Thanksgiving, dearie! God blessings to you and yours this holiday. :)
My Macs are always "Baby", my pc is "Anathema" and my chromebook doesn't rate a name. :-D
ReplyDeleteThat is some mixed up schedule!
ReplyDeleteMade me tired just reading all that and confused too. That is one cute kitten. Try to have a good day.
ReplyDeleteMimi, I'm never confused when I go to your blog. What did you say? See ya my friend.
ReplyDeleteCruisin Paul
That reminds me, I need to cancel my Wednesday appointment and move it to never.
ReplyDeleteYou are one busy lady and now three of you are sharing one vehicle? Yikes. I hope you can get the others fixed so you have the ability not to juggle three different schedules.
ReplyDeleteLove that kitty. That's relaxing indeed.
Have a blessed day, my friend. ♥
Oh do hope you have a peaceful and loving Thanksgiving after your hectic schedule ~ Love, love that sweet kitty photo ~ they know how 'rest.'
ReplyDeleteHappy Day to you,

Ah now that photo is a real how-to lesson in relaxation! Your posts are always so positive. I hope that you get the use of another vehicle soon, though, it must be tricky getting the logistics sorted right now. Happy Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeletewhew....what a busy week.....Happy Thanksgiving- have a lovely blessed day!
ReplyDeleteOkay, you win. I thought my week was busy! Whew. I'm tired just reading about yours. I hope you find some quite time during the holiday weekend to enjoy some relaxation.
ReplyDeleteI got a little tired just reading that. I'm busy cleaning my house, the deep clean I always do before Thanksgiving because right after Thursday I'll be putting up Christmas decor. Happy Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteMy head is spinning just reading this. I hope you can relax soon.
ReplyDeleteEveryone does some extra cleaning this time of year, you must be exhausted.
ReplyDeleteGirl, you need a break. I hope you get some down time this week. I know I need one.
ReplyDeleteI'm grateful for my family being together again, but I'm still spitting mad that I lost my cell phone on Friday and it hasn't turned up. I had no choice but to order a new one today. That's life... navigating between ups and down... hopefully with a little grace.
Hope you and yours have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.
You had my head spinning with all your activity (and moving this day to that, etc.) Guess that means you made me a dizzy blonde! ;) Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, Mimi! :)
