Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (who no longer blogs), and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute). Then add your link!
One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.
What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!
This 6-month-old mama cat and her kittens have been rescued, part of the early kitten season babies which will soon be flooding the shelters. They're now off the street and were given flea treatment and a sulfur/lime dip to make sure they don't have anything they can pass on to the rest of the kitties.
You can see they look like they've had a bath!

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. My favorite character from a film, tv or book is ____________________.
2. The one word I would use to describe myself is ___________________.
3. If I had to give you my best piece of advice, I would tell you _________.

Love your fill ins. A love of reading is probably the very best present my parents gave me.
ReplyDelete"Elvis Presley joins the army (serial number 53310761), 1958" When I was in, a change happened. I started with a old type Army serial number and then they changed to social security numbers. So we had duffle bags with our name and SSN stenciled on them. It didn't take too long to realize what a dumb move that was.
ReplyDeletethe new kittens are a lovely colour.
