Paisley (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-Ins

 ***********************************

Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (who no longer blogs), and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.

He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.

Feline Friday is simple to join.  All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute).  Then add your link!

One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do.  So come and join us in Feline Friday.

What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!

I had a hard time getting Paisley to cooperate and pose, only getting one sort of decent shot.

Then they put Jett in there with her, and suddenly she's happy to sit!  With him, of course.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I am glad I got rid of _________.

2. I wish I had kept _________.

3. _________ would be _________ if _________.

4. _________ is too close for comfort.

1. I am glad I got rid of   the allergies i grew up with.  It took five years of allergy shots, but it worked.  (Note:  i was tempted to say, "the evidence," as a joke!)

2. I wish I had kept   my mouth closed a few times.  Probably more than a few if i stop to think about it.

3. Life  would be   unbearable  if   there were no such thing as a sense of humor.

4. The next cold snap   is too close for comfort.   This weekend!  But they say it won't be as cold as this past week.

  2. Paisley and Jett are super cute together. I am so with you on wishing I had kept my mouth closed. Too many times.
And yes, allergy shots were wonderful things.

  3. You are so right about needing a sense of humor to get through life. If only more people had one. And Paisley is such a tiny kitten.
