"Every morning I get up and look through the Forbes list of the richest people in America. If I'm not there, I go to work." ~ Robert Orben
Well, and then there is Saudi Arabia's Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal. It seems he is miffed with the Forbes list people. He claims they don't put him high enough on the list.
They claim he exaggerates his wealth and is always trying to get himself listed higher up than he actually deserves.
Really? Seriously? In a world where millions will go to bed hungry tonight, not to mention those who will die of starvation or exposure today, or will die for lack of sanitation or medical care, he is going to fuss about being higher on the richest list?
It seems he is.
Yes. Well. Um, i guess i had better go get back to seeing what we have in the freezer for dinner tonight, since i'm not on that list.

ReplyDeleteI'm very much a Capitalist and a Libertarian. I don't believe in Socialism or Communism as being actual workable ways to make the world a better place. In his case, however, I'm willing to make an exception. I say we all go over there, take every friggin' penny he has, and redistribute it to about ten thousand of the poorest folks available. Just on general principles, the greedy c***sucker.
