Doggone! (Cajun Joke) and Sunday Selections

Just because Sandee of Comedy Plus is no longer hosting a Silly Sunday blog hop, do not expect me to quit telling Cajun jokes, especially as it has now become a habit.

Coda is still here and still keeping us company.  Almost every morning on our walk she finds something that smells good to her to roll in, and Little Girl has been coming by once a week to give her a bath.  She can’t stand a stinky dog.

Boudreaux be done complain ‘bout havin’ take Phideaux  fo’ de groomin’.

He done tole Thibodeaux, “Clothile sen’ dat dog fo’ de groomin’ an’ it done cost us $60!  I’s only pay me $25 fo’ my hair cut!  But you know what be de worse t’ing?”

An’ Thibodeaux say, “What dat be?”

An’ Boudreaux say, “Mais, when we be finish, de dog be gots better hair’n me!”

Sunday Selections was started as a way for bloggers to use photos that might otherwise just languish in their files.  The rules have been relaxed, and it is now simply a showcase for your photos, new or old, good or bad, although nothing rude, please.  It was hosted by River, who still participates, and is now hosted by Elephant's Child.
