My Sweetie gets frustrated by such behavior, as well as the general lack of courtesy among drivers now.
Don't worry about them, i tell him, you're expending way too much mental energy on questions you and i can't answer. The only thing you can do is make certain you are obeying the laws and being polite. They have to answer for themselves, and they certainly aren't going to explain their driving choices to us.
Maybe someday he'll believe me that it's not worth all the fretting.
