Wordless Wednesday: Yes, i can...

i can lift this 50lb. bag of sugar:

high-tech sugar bag opener -- scissors!

and dump it into the industrial mixer:

yes, i run the industrial mixer, and clean it, too


With the butter and other ingredients it make 13 gallons of cake frosting at a time.

  9. Wow!!! Maybe I need to add this to my workouts! My brother is a fitness instructor and he has his women lift heavy sandbags.
    mostly I am just thinking about all that frosting - yummy
