Happy Friday! Felines and Fill-Ins

Feline Friday is hosted by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is..

1) post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (They may be silly or cute)

2) go to Steve's page, linked above, then on the menu bar click on the Feline Friday tab to get the code

3) paste the code under your cat picture
4) add your name and link

That’s all there is to it! Be sure to check back every so often and visit all the Feline Friday bloggers. Also, please leave a nice comment on their blogs. Nasty comments will be deleted!

It's such a sleepy day!

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by McGuffy Ann Morris of McGuffy's Reader. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

My fill-ins for the statements are underlined:

1. ________________ makes me feel old.

2.________________ makes me feel young.

3. I have ____________________.

  1. Oh, Mimi, I can sympathize! When my arthritis flares, I feel ancient! But, that is life. Like you, I keep going and try not to complain. Music is a great thing. I love the old stuff; it brings back the good memories. But, not too much is more entertaining than watching cats play! Have a great weekend. Thanks for being a part of Friendly Fill-Ins. Hugs!

  6. Looking at your lists, I think EVERY day should be a "take a walk outdoors day" unless the weather is really terrible. I'll do it tomorrow. :)

  9. What a cute, very furry kitten! I totally agree with you about the aches and pains and the catnip! I just went to a cat cafe in my town run by two Brit ex-pats. There are tables for people, and a zillion cat boxes, cat toys, scratching posts and even couches for the 10 or so cats that live there. As opposed to the tons of feral cats that live wild in Egypt, these are domesticated sweeties, and I really enjoyed petting them! Have a great weekend!
