Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.
Enigma SissyCat was not amused at being interrupted at dinner to have a picture taken.
Do you mind? Can't you see I'm desperate for nourishment? |

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by McGuffy Ann Morris of McGuffy's Reader. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
My fill-ins for the statements are underlined:
Week 89: January 19, 2018:
1. I have never been able to .
2. I wish I could still .
3. is my ideal winter night.
4. and .
I have never been able to sing, make music, dance, draw, paint, or do creative things like that. Other people's creative talents fascinate me, especially as i cannot emulate them at all.
I wish i could still go to school. Learning is such fun!
Keeping warm, enjoying a cup of hot tea or decaf coffee, and reading is my ideal winter night.
Sweetie has finally decided that, while he does enjoy colder weather, he does not enjoy bitterly cold weather and snow, so he does not want to move to Alaska or Montana, and i am very glad and relieved!

POOR Enigma SissyCat (brilliant name). Undernourished moggies should never have their dinners interrupted.
ReplyDeleteLove your friendly fill-ins.
I think someone needs to step into the shoes of the Poe Toaster...
ReplyDeleteAww!SissyCat just wants to eat in peace, she looks like she has a blue hat on LOL
ReplyDeleteHave a sissytastic day :-)
I can see from the look that Enigma SissyCat is not amused! She wants to eat in peace!
ReplyDeletelol. Love that you interrupted her dinner time!
ReplyDeleteHave you considered looking at any online classes? I realize time may be a factor, but online classes are a great way to continue learning without the high cost of tuition. :)
Sissy is adorable, but she does look annoyed. Thank you for these great fill-in answers. I bet there is something creative you could do. And it is never too late to learn,a lot of towns have night classes to learn something fun. Have a nice weekend! XO
ReplyDeleteI don't blame her one bit. She's having dinner. Cats are so independent when it comes to what they want to do and what they don't want to do.
ReplyDeleteI'm with your husband about the bitter cold.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and a great weekend. ♥
Interruption during dinner is a no no! Have a lovely weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh, she's definitely not amused! I don't like to be interrupted when I'm eating either, so I guess I understand where she's coming from :-)
ReplyDeleteThat was one intense cat photo. She has a personality.
ReplyDeleteOf course she was upset to be interrupted for a silly picture, lol
ReplyDeleteI love the way cats are able to convey their thoughts and emotions so clearly without a word! SissyCat is clearly starving... much like mine. LOL
ReplyDeleteI don't have any artistic talents either, and I wish I did. But God gave me a gift for encouraging people, and I am happiest when I am doing that.
I love to learn new things, but school was stressful for me even though I did well.
Your idea of a perfect winter night sounds great to me!
I totally agree that bitter cold and snow are not a fun way to live, I did that in Dakota for all my growing up years. I was young then now slipping and sliding on the ice and trying to get warmed up are not that much fun! :-)
