Awww Monday: New Crop of Kittens

Awww Monday is hosted by Sandee, of Comedy Plus.

Join us every Monday for Awww...Mondays.  Post a picture that makes you say Awww... and that it.

Make sure you get the code from Sandee's site, linked above, and leave a link to your post so we can visit you.  What better way to start the week than with a smile!

These kittens were at the shelter Friday.

Ahhh!  We love the hammock!

While i couldn't quite get a picture of him doing it, the brother at the bottom was not quite asleep.  Every time the sister at that side of the hammock flicked her tail over the edge, he would reach up and bat at it!

He's stretching to bat at his sister's tail!

If they could read the note on top of their cage, they might say, "We didn't know we were broken!"

  1. It's a good idea to "fix" strays before offering them for rehoming, you should see the stray cats in Greece. But funnily enough they often look quite happy, they carve out territory on the seashore and the rocks like in my header photo, and seem reasonably well fed. Many are very endearing and friendly.

  6. We have three cats and that's more than plenty, but if I'm not careful, the idea that there's always room for one more will override my common sense. Must not give in to the cuteness.

  9. Awww. Those kitties aren't broken at all. So cute. My Bubba might have looked something like that as a kitten, though he just has a little white spot on his chest and one white toe. We got him as a 5 year-old, so I don't have his baby pictures. Those kittens are sooo cute. My son just emailed me from Australia about saving a kitten stuck in barbed wire and he's sort of adopted this kitty at the hostel. So cute!
