The journey back home was rather uneventful, and i only stopped once, which is unusual for me.
My text to my friends when i arrived was simple: Got home, house as usual, hope all is well.
And the house was mostly as usual; the A/C is working but may still be leaking, the kids immediately wanted to talk about arrangements to get to the football game this weekend, there was no room in the freezers for some of what i brought back, Sweetie wanted my help cleaning out his small A/C in his music room, there was KidsMosquito's crumbs from her special food all over the floor, HopeCat had left me a "gift" in her special spot, and etc.
Also, i got the notice that means i may be getting a jury summons soon. Having to miss work for jury duty would sink us for sure, but that isn't their problem, is it?
Today, back to Ms. P's house. After a week off, i may have to take pictures again, because it probably has to be seen to be believed.
