Awww Monday: Abigail

Awww Monday is hosted by Sandee, of Comedy Plus.

Join us every Monday for Awww...Mondays.  Post a picture that makes you say Awww... and that it.

Make sure you get the code from Sandee's site, linked above, and leave a link to your post so we can visit you.  What better way to start the week than with a smile!

The Bible study i meet with on Friday mornings is usually held in the church library.  On or near holidays, however, we go to the home of two of the longest standing members of this study for a prayer breakfast.

That's when i get to see the couple's dog, Abigail.  She likes to lick my shoes, since i'm sure they taste like sugar or frosting from the bakery.  (No matter how much i wipe them off, i'm sure they must taste, to a dog at least, like something delicious.  Especially since dogs like to eat shoes anyway.  Well, some dogs do.)

She also follows me when i go alone into the kitchen to get another cup of coffee.  You can guess why.

She knows the vegan will sneak her a bite of scrambled egg with bacon!

A blessed and beautiful Memorial Day to all who observe it!
