Reluctant Feline and Friendly Fill-Ins

Feline Friday is hosted by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is..

1) post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (They may be silly or cute)

2) go to Steve's page, linked above, then on the menu bar click on the Feline Friday tab to get the code

3) paste the code under your cat picture

4) add your name and link

That’s all there is to it! Be sure to check back every so often and visit all the Feline Friday bloggers. Also, please leave a nice comment on their blogs. Nasty comments will be deleted!

Horizon is not too happy about posing for me.  He's still part feral after all this time (over ten years), and is nervous about anything and everything, and scared of his own shadow.

The reluctant diva.

Friendly Fill-Ins are four fun and easy statements to complete. Ellen of 15andmeowing provides the first two statements and the final two are offered by McGuffy Ann Morris of McGuffy's Reader.  They try to make sure they will be fun to both answer and share. On Friday, the linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM. Please head to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

Week 44: March 10, 2017

1. I hope _____________________________ gets renewed for another season.

2. My first crush was ____________________________________.

3. _________________ usually makes me ________________.

4. If I were a super-hero, I would be __________________________.

1. I hope my own lease on life gets renewed for another season.  Since we don't have a TV and i've no clue what is on, this one really doesn't apply to me much.

2. My first crush was the young man up the street who moved away too soon.

3. So much pressure as we've had lately (one car wrecked, two others needing repair, and other concerns) usually makes me wonder if this is how it feels to be a lump of coal being pressed into a diamond.

4. If i were a super-hero, i would be crazy-mommy!  Wait a minute, i already am!

  1. Horizon is a cutie. That is too bad that he is still so fearful after all that time. Thank you for those great answers to the fill-ins. I like your answer to #3. I am sorry so much is going wrong, but I like your attitude about it. You are an excellent mother which makes you a super-hero in my book. Have a nice weekend!

  6. Your answers are so genuine. I loved how you answered the renewal question. I can relate to the pressures! Like you, I look for the positive. When others complain, I always try to help them see the positive. Truly, I have had only one person ever misunderstand. Most know I am looking to find silver linings. Sometimes we all need to be reminded. The winds took out our cedar fence this week. I hope insurance will cover it! You are super mom! HUGS!
