On Purpose (Cajun Joke) and Sunday Selections

Just because Sandee of Comedy Plus is no longer hosting a Silly Sunday blog hop, do not expect me to quit telling Cajun jokes, especially as it has now become a habit.

Yesterday was Grandma's pedicure day, we do that every few weeks and she seems to enjoy it.  While i'm no professional, i can at least keep her exfoliated and her nails trimmed.

Once done, she put her house socks on, the ones with no skid bottoms.  She has several pair, some new and some so old they are wearing thin or totally worn out, but she won't let those go saying they are the most comfortable.

Boudreaux done be puttin' on hims socks an' Clothile done see one sock need mendin'.  So she say, "Boudreaux, you cain't be puttin' on dat pair, the sock done gots a hole in it."

An' Boudreaux, who like dis pair de bes', say, "Mais, I know it done gots a hole in it, how you t'ink I get my foot in it!"
