Just because Sandee of Comedy Plus is no longer hosting a Silly Sunday blog hop, do not expect me to quit telling Cajun jokes, especially as it has now become a habit.
Now i'm going to NOLA at least twice a week, Grandma really wants me to be down there even more. She'd love for me to give up all my other work and obligations and just stay there, but it might not be the best idea. Besides, it's my work keeping me healthy, according to my doctor, and sane, according to me.
Boudreaux done come in de house one evenin' an' Clothile ax, "How be's work today?"
An' Boudreaux say, "Mais, it worked!"

Sunday Selections was started as a way for bloggers to use photos that might otherwise just languish in their files. The rules have been relaxed, and it is now simply a showcase for your photos, new or old, good or bad, although nothing rude, please. Our friend River is hosting, and other participants often include Charlotte/Mother Owl, Andrew, and WiseWebWoman.
This week's pickings are mighty slim. Cookie and Emmy, Little Ben in his mama's arms, nature in the form of toadstools and manicured landscaping and a garden running wild (with one butterfly if you can find it) and sky shots.

This week, Cookie and Emmy want to join the Kitties Blue at The Cat On My Head for their Sunday Selfies Blog Hop, so they posed very nicely for an Ussie.

Cute pictures of Emmy and Cookie. I have invitedlots of people to church, but no takers.
ReplyDeleteSuch cute selfies this week. And we love the cloud and sky-scapes. Mrs H said instantly on seeing them that the 5th and 6th looked like a flying horse/ horse headlong in flight; head and neck. Such wonderful flowers, and we think a little bit of wild amidst the prim and trim is no bad thing.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week
