1. On New Year’s Eve, I take a nap, since they set off the illegal fireworks in the neighborhood and keep everyone up well past midnight, and of course i have to go to work the next day.
2. My focus word for 2020 is calm. Anxiety is trying to take over, and i cannot let it.
