Snacks and Exercise and Funnies, a Random and Happy Tuesday Post

 ***********************************

It's time once again for a random and happy Tuesday, linking up with Stacy's Random Thoughts at Stacy Uncorked and Sandee at Comedy Plus.

Carl met me with the announcement, "Yesterday was testimony day at church!"  When i asked him if he gave his testimony, he hesitated, then said, "Well I wrote it down, but it all went so fast!"  By this i think he meant it was an open mic and he didn't get up the nerve to go up there before they moved on to the next part of the service.

Then i noticed he had an exercise video on his tablet.  He was sitting at the table eating, and i asked him if he was going to exercise.  He looked at me like i was crazy and said, "But I'm eating!"  He watches the videos, he doesn't necessarily exercise to them, especially if there is something more interesting to do, like eat.

He has started trying to do more laundry the day before i come, but as usual, he doesn't quite do it all the way, meaning all the way to getting the clothes back to his room and put away.  Most of them ended up on the kitchen chair, which i was not expecting.  In the future i'll be watching for that (along with looking for clothes in the top of the closet and under the bed).  There's always a curve ball with him.

When packing his snack, i ran into a sipper bag he wanted included and realized he had made his own version of sweet and salty.

It's Popcorners (a salty popcorn snack) and part of a PopTart.  At least they both start with pop, maybe that's why he put them together.

How about a few funnies we used to call "bumper snickers":

Have a blessed and beautiful Tuesday, everyone!
