Reasons (Cajun Joke), Sunday Selections and Sunday Selfie

 ***********************************

Just because Sandee of Comedy Plus is no longer hosting a Silly Sunday blog hop, do not expect me to quit telling Cajun jokes, especially as it has now become a habit.

My Sweetie and his brother are planning a trip to see their sister next month, and we've been having trouble with the hotel reservation.  My Sweetie has learned to never make a reservation with a debit card, even if it can go through the system the same as a credit card.

Boudreaux an' Clothile done be checkin' it at de hotel fo' dey anniversary, dey wants to gets dem away fo' a few days.

De clerk say, "De room gots two single beds, do dat be okay?"

An' dey look at each other an' Boudreaux say, "We done been sleepin' in de same bed fo' 45 year, but I guess we can make dat do fo' a couple nights."

An' Clothile ax, "Can we push de beds togedder?"

An' de clerk say, "I don' see why you cain't."

An' Clothile say, "Mais, when he done start snorin', I don' wants to have to git out de bed to elbow him to turn over!"

Sunday Selections was started as a way for bloggers to use photos that might otherwise just languish in their files.  The rules have been relaxed, and it is now simply a showcase for your photos, new or old, good or bad, although nothing rude, please.  It was hosted by River, who still participates, and is now hosted by Elephant's Child.

Let's see what hops up from the camera, shall we?

Look carefully at the top bloom, there's a bee!

This week, Jack wants to join the Kitties Blue at The Cat On My Head for their Sunday Selfies Blog Hop.

He knows it's treat time as soon as the photo is snapped.
