Learning About Cats (Feline Friday), Friendly Fill-Ins, Nature Friday and Pet Photo Fails

 ***********************************

Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (may he rest in peace), and i'm going to believe it's because he liked cats.

He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.

Feline Friday is simple to join.  All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute).  Then add your link!

One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do.  So come and join us in Feline Friday.

What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!

Our little Annie is getting more interested in the cats, and they in her just a tiny bit.  We stay very close to make sure she is being gentle and there are no whappy paws.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I will never eat _________ again.

2. I would like a taste of _________.

3. I'm oddly fascinated by _________.

4. It would probably be wise if I _________, but I instead _________.

1. I (will) hope to never eat   meat  again.   I know better than to say, "never," because as soon as I do, The Good Lord smiles and says, "Wanna bet!"  I always say, "i hope to never do it again."

2. I would like a taste of   egg free raw cookie dough (i do like a vegan sweet once in a while), but i don't have the ingredients to hand.

3. I'm oddly fascinated by   spiders and snakes, and unless they are venomous i enjoy watching them.  I've helped rescue non-venomous snakes and get spiders outdoors.

4. It would probably be wise if I   saved up more for a new-to-us car,   but I instead   am always just trying to stay a step ahead of the bills.

Pet Photo Fails is hosted by Melissa's Mochas, Mysteries & Meows.

Mr. Cal and his doggy friends had another meet-up in the street this past week, and the only two photos i was able to get were awful, one after the friends were well on their way to the rest of their walk.

  2. I love the moments when babies and animals meet and get to know each other.

  3. I appreciate your filling answers. You know me I love snakes, and I actually enjoy spiders also. Annie is definitely getting to be a girl of her own. Happy Friday

  4. Hopefully the cats will be patient and then become friends with the mini human. Good fill ins. It is not always easy to stick with the food plan you choose. Mom eats so differently from what she used to eat and it is almost impossible to eat anywhere but home but it works if you want it to.

  5. Such sweet photos of Annie and Link. He seems pretty relaxed around her. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I admire that you don't eat meat. I made it once for 10 months. I should try again now that there are so many more options available. Nice nature shot. XO

De cada cop més, menys m'agrada menjar carn.
    Petonets!

  8. Annie's having fun, lovely!
I tried going without meat once - then I smelled some bacon and that was that!
As for spiders, I consider mine to be pets!
