Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (may he rest in peace), and i'm going to believe it's because he liked cats.
He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute). Then add your link!
One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.
What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!
Our little Annie is getting more interested in the cats, and they in her just a tiny bit. We stay very close to make sure she is being gentle and there are no whappy paws.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. I will never eat _________ again.
2. I would like a taste of _________.
3. I'm oddly fascinated by _________.
4. It would probably be wise if I _________, but I instead _________.
1. I (will) hope to never eat meat again. I know better than to say, "never," because as soon as I do, The Good Lord smiles and says, "Wanna bet!" I always say, "i hope to never do it again."
2. I would like a taste of egg free raw cookie dough (i do like a vegan sweet once in a while), but i don't have the ingredients to hand.
3. I'm oddly fascinated by spiders and snakes, and unless they are venomous i enjoy watching them. I've helped rescue non-venomous snakes and get spiders outdoors.
4. It would probably be wise if I saved up more for a new-to-us car, but I instead am always just trying to stay a step ahead of the bills.

Nature Friday is hosted by LLB in Our Backyard. Simply post a picture of the natural world, and link up!

Pet Photo Fails is hosted by Melissa's Mochas, Mysteries & Meows.
Mr. Cal and his doggy friends had another meet-up in the street this past week, and the only two photos i was able to get were awful, one after the friends were well on their way to the rest of their walk.

It is lovely to see Annie interacting with the cats and them being gentle in return.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes for the weekend. God bless.
ReplyDeleteI love the moments when babies and animals meet and get to know each other.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate your filling answers. You know me I love snakes, and I actually enjoy spiders also. Annie is definitely getting to be a girl of her own. Happy Friday
ReplyDeleteHopefully the cats will be patient and then become friends with the mini human. Good fill ins. It is not always easy to stick with the food plan you choose. Mom eats so differently from what she used to eat and it is almost impossible to eat anywhere but home but it works if you want it to.
ReplyDeleteSuch sweet photos of Annie and Link. He seems pretty relaxed around her. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I admire that you don't eat meat. I made it once for 10 months. I should try again now that there are so many more options available. Nice nature shot. XO
ReplyDeleteMentre no li mostri les urpes, tot anirà bé i fins i tot podran jugar junts.
ReplyDeleteDe cada cop més, menys m'agrada menjar carn.
Petonets!
Awww, Annie and Link are adorable. Great fill-in answers. Mom says she's always trying to stay ahead of bills too.
ReplyDeleteAnnie's having fun, lovely!
ReplyDeleteI tried going without meat once - then I smelled some bacon and that was that!
As for spiders, I consider mine to be pets!
Annie and the cats are so cute. I hope she doesn't get scratched. And it's lovely to see Mr. Cal has a friend for walkies, even if the pictures are blurry. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteAdorable Annie and kitty photos. Great fill ins.
ReplyDeleteWay to go sweet Annie, kitties will be your friends. Good fill-in answers and a great fail too!
ReplyDeleteI'm running late but I didn't see the linky today.
ReplyDeleteAnnie looks cute as always. I hope they stay good friends, her and the cat.
