Haha! I sometimes wished I had a dog. My cats do normally neglect all food - at least for some hours.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I love that your post is really wordless. I always get irritated when bloggers link up to get more traffic without participating in the theme of the blog hop.
The history list is something else ;)
A dog's nose never lies and the eyes are irresistible.
ReplyDeleteNot only can dogs smell food, but they can hear the refrigerator door open from the back yard. They can sense when the owners are getting ready to go out and they are about to be placed in their kennel. They are just the best pets ever.
ReplyDeleteAwww...that is a sweet photo. I see it is defy superstitions day- no way :) I am very superstitious, no walking under a ladder for me. Have a nice day!
ReplyDeleteMimi,
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute puppy dog! It looks like he's patiently waiting for his food bowl. :D I'd love to have a doggie! Ha, it's National Peanut Day! I love peanuts, don't you? We like buying Planters Extra Large Virginia Peanuts. They are great tasting, too. The only place I can get them is to mail order them from Sam's Club, too. Years ago, Walmart carried them and that's where we got them or...maybe we found them at the local Sam's when we were members. Oh well...I'm just glad we can get them. Looking over the celebrity birthdays, I paused on Nell Carter's. I loved watching "Gimme A Break". She had a great singing voice, too. I didn't realize or maybe I just forgot that she passed away in 2003 after collapsing. The autopsy revealed heart disease possibility attributed by diabetes. Fee free to join me on not-so Wordless Wednesday!
My nose can tell me when there is food. What a fantastic dog. See ya Mimi.
ReplyDeleteCruisin Paul
Aww, so cute and they know. They can smell way better than we can and they can hear you opening anything containing food from a mile away.
ReplyDeleteHave a woof woof Wordless Wednesday. ☺
How could you not give that face a treat?
ReplyDeletesome where there is more food!
ReplyDeleteThat is one cute puppy. And he knows just how to give the look for more food. You all have a terrific evening.
ReplyDeleteA heart that can't respond to that adorable face isn't beating.
ReplyDeleteThe puppy reminds me of my granddaughter when she wants picked up.
