Pad (Six Sentence Story), Short and Cute (Good Fences), Dog Walk Man (Sammy's Poetry Day) and Brian's Thankful Thursday.

(Because some people like Blogger and some like WordPress, i am putting the same content at both.  If you would prefer to read this on the other site, it is linked here.)

"What in the world did you put on her feet?"

"Doggie booties."

"Why did you do that, she's lifting her feet like she's trying to step out of them, she looks so funny!"

"When it's hot outside and we take a walk, the sidewalk burns her paw pads"

"Walk her in the grass."

"She won't go in the grass to walk, there are stickers that get in her pads, so, doggie booties."

Linking up with Denise at Girlie On The Edge Blog, where she hosts Six Sentence Stories, and the cue is Pad.

(Yes, Little Girl's dog, Coda, wears doggie booties to walk!)

Gosia at Looking for Identity has taken over Good Fences, and it's now Good Fences Around The World.  Post a picture of a fence or gate, link back to her blog, and go visit other blogs to see what interesting fences there are out in this big world.

These fences were short and rather cute looking, although i would think not much good for keeping anyone or anything in or out.

It's Angel Sammy's Poetry Day!  This week's image and my poem:

Everywhere I go,
I'm the leader of the pack
With all these leashes
(And my dog mess sack
'Cause I am not ever
The make a mess kind,
This is my job, I won't
Leave that stuff behind!)
The owners all trust
That I really, truly can
Keep their dogs happy,
I'm the Dog Walk Man!

Brian of Brian's Home hosts the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.   It's time to share something for which i am thankful.

This week i am thankful Little Girl's tax papers have come in.  Because of circumstances beyond our control, she had to file an extension.  She's been nervous, and that makes me fidgety about it, so i'm glad the papers are here and she can take care of it.
