Paid in Full (Six Sentence Story), Good Fences, Sammy's Poetry Day, and Brian's Thankful Thursday

 ***********************************

“Well, that about wraps it up!”

It’s installed?

“Installed and ready to run any time you need it.  Now it’s just a matter of payment...”

Here, you are, legal tender, coin of the realm, in the amount required.

“It’s always a pleasure, enjoy your generator!”

Linking up with Denise at Girlie On The Edge Blog, where she hosts Six Sentence Stories, and the cue is Tender.

It's Angel Sammy's Poetry Day This week's image and my poem:

Here is the real true

El Dorado,

A city worth more than gold

Sap flowing, pulsing, beautiful,

The Earth’s living lungs.

Brian of Brian's Home hosts the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.   It's time to share something for which i am thankful.

Today i am thankful that the generator is installed.  Handyman Mike, The Generator Guy, came with Mr. Roy yesterday and between them they got it going.  Still a couple of touch ups, like the fuses to make it work automatically instead of just on manual, but still, it is in and it is a thing of beauty and we are all breathing a sigh of relief.

  3. Very nice 'alternate' form of the prompt.
And, surely worthwhile an investment. Up here we don't have your hurricanes and storms, we have old trees. Grateful for the alternative source of electricity
