Cat Decor (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-Ins

 ***********************************

Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.

He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

Zen Kitty is a new addition at the shelter:

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I look forward to ____________________________ every spring.

2. The highlight of my week was __________________.

3. I think _________ is the word that best describes me.

4. Nothing melts my heart like _________.

  2. Zen kitty is great.
I think you seriously underestimate yourself in your fill-ins. You are indeed useful - but a HEAP more than that too. Compassionate, giving, generous, kind - to name just some of your positive attributes.

  7. Mimi, I tried to post a link to a cat piece from my blog. I don't know what happened but it's gone to edit. I didn't mean for it to do that, obviously. Now I can't see how to take it down. x

  17. Mimi,

Spring blooms are a welcome sight after a dreary gray winter. :) National Corn Dog Day...I haven't had a corn dog in forever it seems. I need to either make some or buy them. I keep saying I'm going to make some from scratch but haven't yet. Perhaps this is a sign that I need to do it. :D
