Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (may he rest in peace), and i'm going to believe it's because he liked cats.
He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute). Then add your link!
One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.
What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!
This cute little guy is named Cheese.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. My first celebrity crush was _________.
2. If I could make up a new holiday it would be called _________.
3. _________ is the last thing on my mind these days.
4. If my _________ could talk, it would probably tell me _________.
1. My first celebrity crush was so long ago i can't even remember.
2. If I could make up a new holiday it would be called Relax Day, everyone on Earth would have one, s/he would not have to do anything on this day but relax, but we'd take turns having it.
3. My own Christmas wish list is the last thing on my mind these days.
4. If my belt that holds up my pants could talk, it would probably tell me "Replace me, already, I'm falling apart!

Best wishes to you and yours, Mimi.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Cheese looks a little cutie and I am sure he was saying it for the camera. I think my first crush was Davy Jones from the Monkees, but I can't really remember either. The azaleas look lovely adding a bit of colour. Ours are usually quite late and don't flower until June usually.
ReplyDeleteCheese is adorable, hope he finds a home quickly. Mom never was into celebrities so never had any crushes on any of them.
ReplyDeleteLook at the camera and say cheese. What a cutie. Love those pink flowers, so nice that they're coming on for a second bloom. Happy Friday
ReplyDeleteCheese is a cutie. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. You need to put a new belt on your Christmas list. :) Beautiful azaleas. XO
ReplyDeleteMy first crush back in my teen years was singer Helen Shapiro, I still play Walking Back to Happiness now and again! Azaleas in autumn? That is unusual.
ReplyDeleteCheese is such a cute little guy and I hope he gets a wonderful forever home soon. Those were good fill-in answers too!
ReplyDeleteCheese is adorable! Mom is on board for Relax Day!
ReplyDeleteUn gatet molt simpàtic.
ReplyDeleteLes teves frases són fantàstiques, m'apunto a la del relax. ;-)
Petonets!
That Cheese is so adorable! He looks like he needs to eat more to really fill out. I'm sure he's in the right place for it. Hope he finds his forever home right quick.

I think my first celebrity crush may have been Indira Gandhi. I remember seeing an early photo of her face on a magazine cover and running to Mother. "Was this you?" (Before marriage Mother had an Indian roommate; while modelling a sari at a college event Mother was mistaken for an Indian, by an Indian, and housemates wanted to see how far the joke could be taken but Mother said one mistake was enough.)
ReplyDeletePosted too soon...That's an adorable photo of Cheese.
