Snoopervisor (Feline Friday), Friendly Fill-Ins, and Nature Friday

 ***********************************

Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (may he rest in peace), and i'm going to believe it's because he liked cats.

He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.

Feline Friday is simple to join.  All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute).  Then add your link!

One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do.  So come and join us in Feline Friday.

What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!

I bought cat food for Link Linker the Stinker and he decided to snoopervise the whole "making sure he doesn't get the same flavor twice in a row" process.

He didn't seem very impressed with my methods.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1.  ____________________________ is a New Year’s tradition for me.

2. ______________________ is not the same as ____________________________.

3. I would pick _________ as my theme song for 2026.

4. I’m a coward when it comes to _________ but brave when _________.

1.  Going to work   is a New Year’s tradition for me.

2. Reading about how to do it   is not the same as   doing it.

3. I would pick   Hard Fought Hallelujah   as my theme song for 2026.

4. I’m a coward when it comes to   making certain kinds of phone calls and i put them off   but brave when   it's time to get out there on the interstate/freeway.

Nature Friday is hosted by LLB in Our Backyard Simply post a picture of the natural world, and link up!

Camellias are everywhere right now.

Today is Happy Mew Year for Cats Day, because felines must have a day to celebrate the New Year, and they cannot share; sponsored on behalf of felines everywhere by Wellcat Holidays.

Today is also Pet Travel Safety Day.  Don't forget, if you plan to travel with pets, there are many things to consider and their safety is first and foremost.

Thanks to Barb Kowalik and The Cat Blogosphere for the event badge.

  1. Thanks for adding me to the list.
Link Linker should be glad you bought him a good variety. I am like you with #4, I dislike making phone calls unless it is to a friend. The camellias are looking lovely.

  3. Today maybe pet travel day, but I'm grateful to say that that travel is over and we are home where we belong. Love the flowers of course. And Link certainly knows that you can't eat the same thing day after day.

  12. giggling over linker the stinker, and I love Hallelujah, and most of Jelly Rolls music. I avoid driving on interstate as much as possible and have not for about 5 or more years. I even avoid 3 of the roads in our town if at all possible. the ones that lead to the beaches in a tourist town.
