Boxes (Feline Friday) and Friendly Fill-ins

***********************************

Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

Boxes get loved to death around here, as Enigma Sissycat is demonstrating:

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. It is important to learn ___________________.

2.When I was ________________, I was obsessed with ______________________.

3. I feel _________ about _________.

4. My lucky number is _________.

1. It is important to learn  a lot, but how to deal reasonably with unreasonable people is a very important one.

2.When I was  growing up,   I was obsessed with   Peanuts comic strips, and i still say Snoopy for President!

3. I feel   sad   about   those who are staying home at this time and who live alone; it must be very difficult for many of them.

4. My lucky number is   whatever number i get, because i believe we make our own luck.

  1. That is definitely a much loved box.
I don't know whether my heart aches more for those who living alone and quarantined or for those who are quarantined in a place which is not safe for them... Both in equal measure.

  3. The box makes very comfortable nap place for Sissycat. There are many people going through hard time, suffering alone during this pandemic. This is a tough and sad time.

  4. Cats do love all boxes big or small.
I agree with #3. We are lucky that there are two of us and we have our fields to walk around knowing we won't bump into anyone.
We have a livery yard and when the people come to see to their horses we have shouted conversations from a safe distance.

  6. Mimi,

Learning to deal with those who are less agreeable and difficult are skills we all need. I grew up with the Peanuts comics, too. I love Snoopy! Have a good weekend and stay healthy, my dear.

  12. Yes, dealing reasonably with unreasonable people can be a difficult lesson, but anyone who's worked in retail like I have, has to learn it quickly.
