Losing It (Six Sentence Story), Good Fences, Angel Sammy's Poetry Day, Brian's Thankful Thursday, and Happy Thanksgiving!

 ***********************************

By Saturday (Thankful Day on my blog), i will have recovered enough to list hypograts, and i'm already writing them up.

Until then, i think i'm on the verge of losing it.

Stuff has been late, stuff has been forgotten, there's been another car breakdown.

There's illness and dog fights and traffic jams.

Don't worry, i haven't lost my joy and i am very, very grateful for lots of good things.

It's just going to take some doing to get through, and meanwhile, i wish you all a very, very blessed and Happy Thanksgiving, or a happy and blessed Thursday, however you want to roll.

Linking up with Denise at Girlie On The Edge Blog, where she hosts Six Sentence Stories, and the cue is Verge.

While Good Fences Around the World seems to have gone the way of the dodo bird, i still enjoy looking for and posting interesting fences, so i will!

This was taken as much for the flag flying in front of it as for the fence itself.

It's Angel Sammy's Poetry Day This week's image and my poem:

I'm not so sure about this Christmas stuff

it's quite the balancing act.

You have to get so many things done,

dealing with people takes tact.

I'm not sure I'm gonna make it,

I'm losing that holiday cheer.

Somebody get me off this ride

and get me out of here!

Brian of Brian's Home hosts the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.   It's time to share something for which i am thankful.

Today i am thankful for AAA, as i had to be rescued yesterday when Slow-Moe broke down on the highway.  Also, i am thankful for more Thanksgiving decorations.
