Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (may he rest in peace), and i'm going to believe it's because he liked cats.
He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute). Then add your link!
One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.
What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!
My boy cats, Dansig the Round and Link Linker the Stinker.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. It would be nice to be _________ for a day.
2. The older I get, the more I appreciate _________.
3. I like to decorate _________ with _________.
4. You'll often find _________ on my kitchen counter.
1. It would be nice to be rich for a day, as long as all the money i give away to charities on that day gets to stay with the charities.
2. The older I get, the more I appreciate peace and quiet and lunch out instead of dinner out.
3. I like to decorate the windowsill over my kitchen sink with inexpensive fresh cut flowers.
4. You'll often find my cup of fresh ice water on my kitchen counter. I sip water all day, and have for over 40 years.

They are cute lying synchronised on the floor. I also prefer to have lunch out rather than dinner. I find that as we get older we cannot digest things eaten later as well as we used to. Apart from that, I prefer to be home during the evening.
ReplyDeleteHugs for Remembrance Day.
ReplyDeleteLunch out suits me better too - and I love the synchronised cats.
I don't know what to say ... you said it yourself: "we must go through valleys to stand on the mountains of His grace". Today she would have been 30 if my math is rigth, I hope she celebrates where she is.
ReplyDeleteI did the Fill ins today, but post here. No more new challenges for me ;)
1. It would be nice to be _free of pains_ for a day.
2. The older I get, the more I appreciate _fun_.
3. I like to decorate _my windows_ with _all sorts of hanging things_.
4. You'll often find _a glorious mess_ on my kitchen counter.
It's nice when cats, and other animals, get on with each other.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Adorable photos of adorable kitties! Am reminded of when we used to hold the "pet/cat/pup olympics", too bad we had to stop them, it was so much fun, but apparently broke their publicity-rules by using their name/colors/etc. Ah well ... those were the days!
ReplyDeleteAh, it's nice to see two of my faves, namely Dansig the Round and Link Linker the Stinker. The grandpa racing the little boy is also very amewsing.
ReplyDeleteKitties look quite happy! Mom always has her 1 liter bottle of ice water either on the counter by the kitchen sink, or on the coaster on her desk when she is working. She loves her ice water too!
ReplyDeleteDon't those two look comfy together and willing to pose for a photo.
ReplyDeleteYour kities are so adorable! Those were really good answers and I'm right there on #s 2 and 4!
ReplyDeleteYour boys are so cute. I love that they are such buddies. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. You are wise to stay hydrated all day. XO

The synchronized cats did great - they need an Olympic event for that posing. We do it too. Mom gets the biggest kick out of seeing us do the same thing together.
ReplyDeleteWe read your story and Mom had lots of tears. Having read all that you endured, we now understand more and more the remarkable woman you are. Your little Angel must be so proud of her amazing mother. Hugs.
