Feline Friday was originally started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude (may he rest in peace), and i'm going to believe it's because he liked cats.
He handed hosting duties off to Sandee at Comedy Plus, and now she's entrusting it to me.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (they may be silly or cute). Then add your link!
One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.
What better way to start the weekend than with a feline!
Tripod SissyCat says, curl up on the tile and stay cool, friends.

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!
Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:
1. _________ is a book that I would reread again.
2. My _________ is in need of _________.
3. I've been working on _________ for _________.
4. I finally figured out _________.
1. What's So Amazing About Grace by Phillip Yancy is a book that I would reread again.
2. My car, GusGus Die Fledermaus is in need of a part which will make the check engine light quit coming on.
3. I've been working on paying off debt for a couple of years, and we hope it won't be long now.
4. I finally figured out i had everything together and then i forgot where i put it.

Cats instinctively know the coolest places, and Tripod SissyCat is no exception.
ReplyDelete#4 fill in applies to me too. They told me it was chemo fog at the hospital, but I finished 7 months ago so think it must be old age!
Coda Dog is a lovely looking dog.
Oh ... I love that dog.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
What a beautiful photo of nature. I'm thinking the trees have Spanish moss dripping off of them? And of course sissy is going to be trying to stay cool when this hot weather. Precious does the same thing and I keep a fan blowing on her.
ReplyDeleteYou know it is hot when a cat enjoys sleeping on a cold tile floor! Mom always puts things in a spot so she won't lose them and then can't find them!
ReplyDeleteThe only time I can tolerate a cold floor is in the summer and it feels nice, not so much in the winter though. That's dreadful! :) Car woes are awful. I hope yours gets fixed soon. Best of luck with paying of the debt. I hate loans but sometimes its necessary. Wouldn't it be wonderful if you could pay for everything up front and not owe anyone, anything?
ReplyDeleteSissyCat and Coda are both cuties. Thanks for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I will look up that book. I wonder if my mom's 2011 Honda Pilot needs that same part because her engine light is always on and no local garage can figure it out. XO
ReplyDeleteSissycat is such a cutie! Great fill-ins, laughed at #4, I can so relate!!! MOL Sorry abut your car, I hope it gets the part it needs. Happy Friday and here's wishing mew a blessed weekend.
ReplyDeleteI agree, SissyCat is such a cutie and smart too. Those were really good answers and I really liked #4!
ReplyDeleteSissycat is featured on our blog today. What a funny girl! And that Coda dog is magnificent. Such a handsome boy!
ReplyDeleteAQUÍ tens el meu gat, li agrada pujar a les teulades. ;-)))
ReplyDeleteSissy és una gata intel·ligent.
S'obliden les coses que has guardat en un bon lloc.:-)))
Aferradetes, Mimi.
Sissy is so sweet. Mom's car battery died this week...thank COD for AAA. We still haven't heard back from the Shelter for your donation.
ReplyDeleteHad to laugh at your forgetful comment, seems I forget so often I forget what I've forgotten.
ReplyDeleteLove the pics of Sissy and Coda. My girls love to lie on the cool tile floors.
